Core Functions

Automatic Sequential Operation
The Sequence Valves remain closed until the primary hydraulic circuit reaches the preset pressure. Once the pressure setting is achieved, the valve opens automatically to supply oil to the secondary circuit, ensuring the required operating sequence.

Direct-Acting Spool Design
The direct-acting sequence valve features a spool-type structure with internal pilot control and an internally drained spring chamber, providing stable pressure response and reliable switching performance.

High Pressure Capability
Designed for industrial hydraulic applications, the valve supports a maximum operating pressure of 240 bar, making it suitable for pressure-controlled sequencing in hydraulic systems.

Stable Pressure Regulation
The hydraulic cartridge sequence valve has an internal leakage of up to 80 cc/min at 85% of the nominal pressure setting, providing predictable pressure control for secondary circuit activation.

Wide Operating Temperature Range
The valve operates within a temperature range of -30°C to +120°C. Hydraulic oil filtration of 20 μm or better is recommended to maintain stable spool movement and extend valve service life.
